Front Desk
Jocelyn Cecsarini
Joss began coming to our clinic after experiencing a life-altering work accident, giving her a deep, personal understanding of what it means to truly need a listening ear. She connects easily with patients and meets them with empathy, compassion, and real-life perspective.
Certified as an Insurance and Billing Specialist in 2025, Joss is dedicated to keeping the business running like a well-oiled machine-much like her favorite football team, Alabama.
Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
On the weekends, you'll find Joss whipping up something delicious on her Trager, relaxing with her fur kids-Akha, Dobbson, and Echo—or heading out on an adventure with her best friend, Kate.
